Dear fellow mountain bike supporters,
We are excited to announce our annual Old Hickory Classic mountain bike extravaganza! For 26 years, Biker’s Choice has hosted this race in the spirit of bringing a little bit of Colorado mountain biking to Tennessee. Home to over 9 miles of mountain bike trails, Lock 4 Park has made a wonderful location for us to host this event, grow the sport of cycling and bring tourists to Sumner County.
Boasting over 200-300 mountain bike riders with a total of 400-500 attendees, the Old Hickory Classic has drawn mountain bike enthusiasts from surrounding cities and states for several years and bringing increased revenues to local businesses and the city. In an effort to accommodate all skill levels and spectators, we will have over 14 types of mountain bike events for male and female competitors.
We are looking for partners to assist in expanding the success of the event and help us showcase why we love to call this place home! Sponsorship Opportunities
TITLE SPONSOR: $1000 ($2000 *IN-KIND)
· 8 riders can participate free of charge in the event
· Your name and logo will appear in large print in the very top center of the back of the t-shirts given to riders
· Company can set up tent at event
· Logo will appear on all signage at local businesses, website, registration website and other marketing methods as the “presenting sponsor”.
· Company name will be announced throughout event and during awards ceremony
· Company banner will be allowed at finish line and registration
· Sponsor product sample and promotional items can be included in race bags

PLATINUM SPONSOR: $500 ($1000 *IN-KIND)
· 4 riders can participate free of charge in event
· Logo placed on the back of the shirt given to every rider

GOLD SPONSOR: $300 ($600 *IN-KIND)
· 2 riders can participate free of charge in event

SILVER SPONSOR: $ 100 ($200 *IN-KIND)
· 1 rider can participate free of charge in the event

VOLUNTEER
We need volunteers for the following:
1.) Clean up Crew- This crew helps setup & and breakdown the event. They will assist in marking the courses, setting up tents, and all other tasks that need to be done to host this event!
2.) SAG Crew- These guys and gals sweep the course to ensure the safety of the participants.
